Children, Youth & Young Adult Ministries
Our children, youth, and young adults are valued and seen as an integral part of our church community as we seek to meet their unique needs and challenges at every stage of life.
Children, youth, and young adults hold a special place in God’s family. Each is on a journey of growth - spiritually, emotionally, and socially - and should be nurtured and guided as they develop their understanding of God’s world. This nurturing takes place both within the home and in the context of our wider church community.
Our purpose is supported through the following strategies:
To provide age-appropriate and stage-specific environments that are welcoming, engaging, and safe, where the Gospel is shared, and believers of all ages can grow as disciples of Jesus.
To offer children, youth, and young adults opportunities to explore a Christian faith that is real, relevant, and personal to their lived experience.
To equip young people and young adults to recognise and use their God-given gifts in service to the body of Christ and to show care, compassion, and leadership within the wider community.
Our ultimate goal is to ensure that our children, youth, and young adults are deeply valued and fully integrated into the life of our church, while intentionally supporting the unique needs, challenges, and transitions they face across different stages of development. Ministries Children's
